- 2010: Senior Pastor Transition Plan created, reviewed and approved by WLC Staff, Elders, and Church Council
- 2011: Pastor Dean Nadasdy announces his plans to retire effective Febuary 1, 2013
- 2011: Study/Search Committee is formed to begin search

The Search Committee is reviewing the list of candidates and working to narrow the field by reviewing information submitted by the candidates and listening to sermons.

Phone interviews will begin in April.
