Our first group of 23 workers left Tuesday, September 13 to take the first load of supplies and also to spend time helping the citizens of Ocean Springs to clean up and rebuild. The crew has maintained a blog of their activities. Check it out and see what they did while they were there. They also posted photos of the trip.
Members of the first group were Kevin Doyle, Pastor Marlin Harris, Jody Heiser, Rick and Ann Gibbs, Jim and Lori Golden, Maria Engen, Mike Brocker, Scott Baker, Nick Shutz, Bruce Nixon, Andrea Krause, Danny Doyle, Ruthie Krech, Marsha Kveton, Philip Nadasdy, Mike Charron, Connie Sabbann, Dave Voss, and Kathy Boyd.
They returned safely on Saturday, September 18.
