October 1-8 (8 day trip). This trip is being led
by Tom Zarnke
The team members for this trip come from as far away as Grantsburg, WI, and
Montgomery, MN. Only 5 are members of Woodbury Lutheran!
The team traveled to Cape Girardeau Saturday, October 1, and will arrive in Ocean Springs late Sunday afternoon. Pray for strong, lasting bonds among team members, safety, opportunities for witness, new relationships with organizations and individuals in Ocean Springs, nightly rest and physical stamina for each team member, and that each person they touch along the way will see Jesus in their presence. This team's motto: Blessed to be a blessing.

The following photos are of Traci Barnett working hard and long into the evening from her make shift office in the dining hall, lining up work sites for the next day. We thought it would be nice to present her with one of the quilts we brought down. We selected a colorful one with pictures of teddy bears working with shovels and rakes, and told her it was from the hardworking, lovable Minnesotans. She was just ecstatic about it!
