Behavior Expectations
Respect One Another
“Dear Friends, let us love one another, for love comes
from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever
does not love does not know God, because God is love.”
1 John 4: 7-8
Respect Your Leaders
“Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They
keep watch over as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their
work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to
you.”
Hebrews 13:17
Respect This Place
“I love the house where you live, O Lord, the place
where your glory dwells.”
Psalm 26:8
Consequences for Inappropriate Behavior
We maintain a “NO TOLERANCE” policy for drug or alcohol use of any kind. The parents/guardians will be contacted and the child will be removed from the program or activity immediately.
- 1st Warning – Student is warned that behavior is inappropriate and asked to stop.
- If behavior continues, students will be removed from the classroom and will be sent to program staff to fill out a Behavior Referral. To keep communication lines open with parent, Behavior Referral will be sent to parents.
- If student fills out 3 Behavior Referrals, a meeting will be set up between students, parents and Small Group Leader or Teacher and program staff before students will be allowed to return to class.
