Neighbor -2- Neighbor
N2N is a unique ministry of WLC where we actually go out into a targeted neighborhood and invite people to join us in worship. The calls are not intended to be evangelism calls, rather they serve to get the name of WLC and more importantly the name of Jesus into our community.
The beauty of this ministry is that anyone can do it, it is only 2 hours (12-2 on a saturday) and the Vicar always provides snacks!
We specifically target September, Christmas and Easter, because people are more receptive to our invitations during these entry points. We also invite them to special events like The Christmas Concert, Sunday School and to Bridge 1-2-1.
Our next opportunity will be on Saturday December 10, from 12-2. We will meet in the Fireside room and head out two by two.
