Fall 2008 Registration Information

If you would like to participate in the Fall 2007 MOPS program at Woodbury Lutheran Church, please complete the following steps:

  1. Complete a MOPS registration form (download form) (register on-line).
  2. Complete a MOPPETS registration form for each child that you wish to participate in the parallel children’s program (download form) (register on-line).
  3. Registration forms are also available in the church office.
  4. Return these forms* with $55.00 semester fee to:

Checks may also be brought directly to the church office.

You will be contacted to confirm your registration.

Space is limited. If your registration cannot be accommodated for the Fall semester, your name will be placed on a wait list and your entire semester fee will be returned to you. You will then be contacted if a space opens up. (Registration for the Spring semester will be available in November)

In addition to the MOPS meetings and MOPPETS program all registered moms also receive a one year subscription to MOMSense magazine and a MOPStoMom Connection benefit box.

*If you registered online, simply mail or drop off (at the church office) the $55 semester fee to complete your registration.
