Venezuela Lutheran Mission Partnership (VLMP)

The Venezuela Lutheran Mission Partnership (VLMP) works with the Lutheran Church to share the good news of salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ with the people of Venezuela.
Lutheran Church of Venezuela has 1500 members in 22 congregations. Congregations like Cristo Rey in Maturín (eastern Venezuela):

People from Cristo Rey reach out to rural communities nearby with children’s Bible classes and other programs.

Lutheran schools are operated at four of the congregations, providing opportunities for education and outreach.

Organizations like the National Women’s group serve the congregations:

- Farm Project — Monagas
- Church Construction — Maracay
- Preschool — Cristo Rey, Maturín
- Preschool & Mission Base — Caramuca
- Church Roof Construction — Valencia
- Retreat Center — Ciudad Guayana
- Room Addition to church — Sierra Caroni
- Church updates — rural Monagas
- Computers for Pastors — Monagas
