WLConnect matches email addresses in the database so be sure to use the email on file for you. Also your name must match exactly. If you are in the database as "William" then using "Bill" will not allow you access. You may change your email address once inside. You should have received a letter in the mail at the beginning of November listing all of you current information. If you responded to that mailing with updated information, it has been updated in the database.
NOTE: If the information on file does not match the name and email used to create your log-in, you will not be able to automatically create a user name and password. If this is the case, you can email us and we will create a profile for you.
